AIRCRAFT CARRYING AGAGU'S BODY CRASHES IN LAGOS

   An Embraer aircraft operated by Associated Airlines en-route Akure from the Murtala Mohammed Airport Lagos, carrying the body of former Governor Olusegun Agagu of Ondo State, crashed today at about 9.30 am shortly after taking off and killing about 9 people .The aircraft had 20 passengers and 7 crew members.
   Some of the passengers who perished in the aircraft are believed to be family members of the late Governor and officials of Ondo State Government.
   National Emergency Management Agency officials said about 6 people survived the crash which happened in the Mafoloku area of Oshodi in Lagos. More details later.
