NOLLYWOOD HEAVYWEIGHTS TOP ABUJA FILM FESTIVAL

   Nollywood heavyweights Desmond Elliot and Uche Jumbo are topping the list of nominees released recently by the organizers of the 10th Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF). Elliot gets a total of four nominations, followed by Uche Jumbo with two.
   Others on the list are producer Chico Ejiro, as well as Ghanaian movie sensation Majid mitchel and Jackie Appiah.
   Judges for this year's event include former arts editor Guardian and next, Molara Wood, U S based African cinema enthusiast Connor Ryan, veteran Ghanaian actress Akofa Edjaeni Asiedu, film/TV producer Emeka Ossai, curator of short images UK Patrice Lamonn and festival director of inshort film festival Victor Okhai.
